Tadala Vanessa Boti is a dynamic Gender and Development practitioner and seasoned humanitarian leader with over 6 years of professional experience. Her expertise encompasses program development, managing large-scale projects, leadership and team management, and partnership building. Tadala has worked in both development and humanitarian settings, where she successfully managed and led projects focusing on gender, gender-based violence, education, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Sports for development and protection. Her extensive experience includes collaboration with government entities, donors, and international and regional organizations.

In her current role as the Interim Executive Director of For Equality, Tadala provides visionary leadership and strategic guidance. Collaborating closely with the Board and staff, she is instrumental in developing and implementing long-term plans for the organization. Tadala Vanessa Boti’s career journey reflects a deep dedication to advancing the rights of children, girls, and women. Holding a Bachelor of Arts Humanities degree from the University of Malawi, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience, making her a valuable asset in the field of gender and development.
