Alinafe is a Gender practitioner with over 7years of experience working in Gender, Safeguarding, Diversity, Inclusion and Accountability. She has worked in Disaster, Resilience Building, Nutrition, WASH and Energy and currently serves as the Gender and Diversity Advisor for GIZ Malawi. She holds a Bachelors in Arts Humanities from the University of Malawi Chancellor College and is currently studying for her Masters in Gender and Development at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).
