Position

Margret Tendai Mwale is a seasoned Licensed Social Worker, psychosocial counselor and passionate advocate for social work and mental health. Currently she is serving as an Alternative Justice Program Officer at Irish Rule of Law International. Beyond titles and positions, she is steering organizations as Board Chair for Young Women Rise and Chair for Social Welfare on the Board of Yamikani House Ltd.

Margret’s commitment extends to grassroots initiatives, including founding The Impactful Social Workers Community. Margret is also certified in African Civic Engagement, Youth Mental Health First Aid and provision of Sexuality education. Margret is reshaping the narrative of compassion and justice, leaving an indelible mark on the people and communities she serves.
