Dear Partners and friends,

I am incredibly humbled and honored to step in and work with For Equality as the new Executive Director. As I step into this role, I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to continue to advance For Equality’s mission and vision.

I take on this new role from Willson, whose incredible vision and leadership have led to For Equality’s impact being wide-reaching; working across the different districts in Malawi and the region. Over the past few years, For Equality has nurtured a talented and devoted team, and has effectively worked to transform the lives of thousands of womxn and girls.

I look forward to continuing to build upon the organization’s great legacy, working alongside our board members, stellar staff, and community partners in the pursuit to accelerate all efforts to attain gender equality.

The full participation of women and girls is absolutely essential to sustainable development therefore I know For Equality’s work is more important now than ever. I look forward to working in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with all of our stakeholders as we forge ahead together in this new chapter.
